Where can you get your favourite products shipped for free?

Right now, the holiday shopping season is just beginning to get rolling, and with Black Friday coming up, shoppers are anticipating tons of great deals, both in brick-and-mortar stores and online. Check out who offered free delivery during Black Friday last year and who we predict will do the same this year!

Walmart, free delivery on all Black Friday deals

Actually, we’re kind of surprised that more online stores aren’t jumping on the “Free Shipping for Black Friday” bandwagon. Just as an example, in the United States, Walmart is sticking with its usual minimum order requirement to be delivered for free. Canada is actually the exception – Starting November 25, and running over the weekend, Walmart Canada will probably (as it was already done last year) be offering free delivery on any of its Black Friday deals. Sales will start normally at midnight EST, November 25th, and last for three days. You’ll have the entire weekend to get a jump start on your holiday shopping, and you won’t have to pay shipping. Be sure to check their homepage for pre-Black Friday deals on Walmart.ca.

Old Navy, free shipping on orders over $50

Also beginning on Black Friday weekend and extending over, Old Navy will be offering discounts on clothing and accessories. Last year, this online retailer offered free delivery on orders over $50, so there’s a big chance it’ll happen again this year. To check out the deals and read more about their shipping prices on orders under $50, visit OldNavy.ca. You can also link to The Gap and Banana Republic, and order from them as well, taking advantage of the same deal.

Best Buy, free delivery on orders over $25

Best Buy is also promising great Black Friday savings, although they haven’t offered any specifics just yet. Essentially, you’re going to have to wait to find out what they have planned until the very last minute. You should, however, check out their website at BestBuy.ca regularly, because the Black Friday flyer should be coming out around late October. The sale itself will begin on November 25th, and free delivery will be offered on any online order over $25. As you will probably be looking at buying home entertainment items, smartphones, tablets and appliances, you’ll benefit from this offer. Plus, as long as the item you’re buying doesn’t require scheduled delivery, you’ll get shipping for free.

Is that it?

This is just a sampling of online retailers that are offering free shipping for Black Friday. Since most seem not to be exactly promoting free delivery, your best bet is to check out the website for the store you wish to buy from and investigate their shipping policies to find out if it is a standard thing or if they’re offering it as a special Black Friday incentive. Of course with the great deals that are available from so many online retailers, the petty fee might not even matter to you. So, if it isn’t, it’s probably not a deal breaker.
